This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my students design their very own STEM racing cars. My students like to problem solve and be creative. The STEM car kits will provide them the opportunity to design a fast STEM vehicle, in this case a car. Students will go through the developing and engineering process of brainstorming their ideas. Students swill then go to trial and error to see if they need to make any changes. Students will then compete against each other and see which design is the fastest. They will be able to practice their measurement skills and compare and contrast keeping track of who the winner is.
