My Project

I teach gifted students from eleven different elementary schools in Kanawha County, West Virginia. My students are in grades 1st-5th. I am writing this project to supply my students with STEM materials.

Hands-on STEM supplies promote effective learning by engaging my students in active, interactive experiences and fostering deeper understanding.

STEM activities encourage experimentation, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Providing STEM learning helps my students develop their thinking skills like analyzing and problem-solving. Hands-on learning provides an environment for my students to experiment, make mistakes, and learn from their failures. This helps encourage their growth mindset. Thank you for reading our project.
