Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come to school each day eager to learn and ready to contribute to our classroom community.
Next year, the fourth grade will see an increased focus in science and STEM in order to encourage them to become critical, analytic thinkers in all content areas.
Our science topics are energy, sound waves, bodies as systems, rocks and minerals, and life cycles. The magazines I am requesting will allow students to apply their reading skills to science topics. The reading passages, which are high interest, support understanding and growth across the curriculum.
Please help me give my students this magazine subscription to support their learning in STEM.
