My Project
I want to provide my students with opportunities for hands-on learning. I know that hands-on learning promotes a deeper understanding of the concepts being taught and facilitates critical thinking. With the hands-on kits and reading materials, my students can explore different STEM areas by using problem-solving skills and expressing themselves creatively. The storage cabinets will be used for storing STEM-related materials and kits.
When you donate to our project, you help facilitate a deeper level of learning, improve attention and focus, and promote overall academic success.
My students will have opportunities to observe and analyze data in activities such as making circuit models using Christmas lights and aluminum foil. We will identify the function of cells and Earth's systems through models. Through exploring, experimenting, and engaging with one another to solve real-world problems, my students will gain experience in critical thinking and collaboration.
