My Project

I have 21 third graders who enjoy hands -on learning. All of my students love learning and are excited to experience new things. In my class, students like to be challenged and persevere when things are hard. They are very creative and enjoy problem solving activities.

Stem activities help students build confidence, hone critical thinking skills and problem solving skills that will help them in their everyday lives.

The materials purchased in this grant will support those skills. The legos, gears, and other stem building toys are great tools for students to embrace their creativity and develop engineering skills. Other items on my list will be used to enhance the atmosphere of my classroom. The rug and seating for my classroom will make my classroom more inviting for learning.
