My Project

As a first grade teacher, I have noticed since COVID-19 our incoming students have struggled with the ability to work cooperatively to create plans and solve problems. Using literature to encourage teamwork and problem solving has helped engage students. I would like provide opportunities to empower my students in problem solving and cooperative learning skills. These STEM kits will help guide students to work together to solve a group goal. Imagine the look on students' faces when they successfully build a bridge for the 3 Goats to cross and get past the Troll safely.
