My Students

I teach at a rural elementary school in Central Florida. I am fortunate enough to work with a diverse group of students who present me with new experiences every day! My students come from a variety of social/emotional, economic, and behavioral backgrounds. My students come to school every day eager to learn and become leaders.

Through empowerment, my students are able to take ownership of their feelings, goals, and learning in ways that will enrich their educational experience for the rest of their lives!

In our classroom, I incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, alternative seating, and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met in the manner most conducive to their learning style. Each child is an individual with amazing potential waiting to be unlocked!

My Project

Through hands-on experiences, my students have learned so many new and exciting things! This project will give them the opportunity to interact with technology in a way that provides hands-on experience for them at the same time!

Through the completion of this project, my students will explore all of the amazing things this printer has to offer in the areas of technology, math, stem, engineering, and science.

The 3D printing technology is proving to be a significant game-changer in the world of tomorrow. This 3D printer will allow me to print hands-on learning tools and resources for my students. It will also allow students to explore their creativity and print their own creations.
