This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love interactive science and STEM activities. They enjoy the STEM process of designing, planning, trying out their ideas then revising and having another go at it in groups. This allows students to see mistakes as learning opportunities.

To keep their scientific minds sharp and build their capacity to see themselves as future scientists, we need materials to foster their designs.

The students would love to expand their thinking by building and learning about circuits using Snap Circuits. They also enjoy discovering how and what a magnetic force is and how it impacts an object as they use magnets and create chain reactions.
