My Project
My students have been impacted by COVID-19 by having a year of their education at home. Some children benefited from this homeschool environment, and some did not. Those students who did not benefit find themselves in a position where they need to catch up. The items I request will help with tactile education for elementary science, technology, engineering, and math. I hope to provide manipulatives in my math class that will allow creativity and fun while expanding learning in the STEM fields. The iPad will assist with math games and reading intervention. The bean bags will be part of a reward corner for those who get through work quickly and need a space to read.
