This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you in advance for your help in providing STEM activities for students with Special Needs! The students range from kindergarten to fifth grade. Their diagnoses include Autism, developmental delays, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Angelman's Syndrome, and students with speech impairments and other disabilities. The Magnetic Tiles 110PCS - 3D Lighted Magnet Building Blocks for Kids , Creative Dinosaur Toys Educational Sensory Stack STEM Construction Toys, Big Building Blocks Set Compatible with Major Building Systems, Kids Stacking Blocks, MEGA BLOKS First Builders Toddler Blocks Toys Set, Big Building Bag Collection with 80 Pieces and Storage, and School Zone Cut & Paste Workbooks will be so helpful in helping these students learn fine motor, visual motor, eye and hand coordination, visual perceptual, problem solving skills, and so much more! I will also share the donations with colleagues who work with students with special needs in this school. We have a large therapy room consisting of occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists. Thank you so much for your help in providing them with these materials!
