This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a STEM Gold designated school, the concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math are integrated daily. The requested items and furniture will only further the ease of this integration. With the limited materials that I have already incorporated in my past classes, I am certain that displaying them on the shelving and having easy access to them will only enhance the student's interest in building, engineering and challenging themselves.
The goal is also to build classroom community and responsibility with the STEAM items in this projects.
Bringing creativity and challenges to the classroom will make this school year and beyond a success!
