My Project

Third grade science opens students' eyes to the world around us, forces and motion, and animal adaptations. My students love hands-on learning and creating things that make science and math more applicable and tangible to them.

Through the use of a 3D printer, my 3rd Graders will be able to create 3D printed animals using adaptations that we have studied, engineer structures to withstand natural disasters, and create an ideal home for diverse species.

My students love to experience all forms of technology, engineering, and creativity to guide their inquiry and learning. Through the use of this 3D printer, students will be able to see their thoughts and ideas come to life!
