This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a kindergarten teacher with a classroom full of bright, happy faces eager to learn. There are some things missing in our classroom.

Of course all materials are provided for the students, but in order for the classroom to run smoothly everything has to have a place and we are in need of storage for table supplies.

We would love to have some removable under the table storage bins (shelves). I would really appreciate some assistance in acquiring classroom shelves or containers for books and materials.

I am especially excited about this next semester. Our school is transitioning to a STEAM school and I can’t wait to get started with all of our new projects. Although I am prepared I’m not sure that my classroom is. I would really like to have lots of interactive activities for my students to be in engaged in. I am looking for them to explore mechanics, robotics, and all types of technical skill based activities that they will need in the future so your donation will greatly help out my classroom.

My Project

I want to engage my students with technology of today and tomorrow, the robots that are in my cart will engage and challenge my students, and they will have fun learning. I want to introduce them to coding in a fun hands-on want. I have writing materials in my cart as well so that they can write about what they are learning and also write down ideas that they may have. This cart is full of fun, exciting, engaging and educational things. My students will definitely want to learn with these robots in the classroom and will not want to stop.
