This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I love most about my students is their resilience, determination, and joy for learning. My classroom is filled with incredible young people who face unique challenges every day. Many of my students are Special Needs learners, have SEAD diagnoses, and are English Language Learners — but they never let those labels limit their potential. They come to class eager to explore, create, and grow, bringing vibrant perspectives and endless curiosity into every lesson.

These HP laptops will be a game-changer for them.

With reliable technology at their fingertips, my students will be able to access personalized learning apps, translation tools, and interactive STEAM projects that meet their diverse academic and language needs. The laptops will also give my Special Needs students consistent access to assistive technologies and digital resources that support their learning styles, helping them stay engaged and build confidence in their skills.

Having these devices readily available will remove a major barrier in our classroom — making sure every learner has the tools they need to thrive. With your help, we can create a more inclusive, empowering, and equitable learning environment for every student who walks through our door.
