STEAM Program Needs Circuitry Supplies!

Help me give my students a circuits and electricity unit for the school-wide STEAM program. All students, Pre-k to grade 6, will have the opportunity to engage in hands on circuitry and engineering activities.

My Project

I am looking for support in bolstering the Circuits and Robotics unit in the STEAM program at Tongass School of Arts and Science. We are a small school in Alaska that serves a small, diverse community.

This program serves every student in the school.

In this program, students begin to learn logic through circuit play. Early grades, K-3, continue to play with logic and circuits through the unit as they gain a familiarity with technology. Older students, 4-6, begin to design their own technology including hand made flashlights and their very own collaborative class-made video game (using Scratch MIT).
