Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love learning new things, especially when it comes to hands-on activities! The magnetic tiles can be used for building while learning about how small pieces can be disassembled to make new things. It also can show students how some items are better than others for an intended purpose.
The modeling clay can help build models of the Earth's land & bodies of water (frozen or not), along with countless other experiments we will conduct throughout the school year.
The books are fun read alouds to help introduce topics and get the students excited about learning! They would be a great way to help integrate lessons throughout the day so my students can have more hands-on time.
