My Students
Every morning our school shouts out our motto, which describes them as being a leader, responsible, respectful, resourceful, and proud. My students follow this motto in school and in life.
My students come from a city that has been considered one of the most dangerous cities in America.
Despite that, they are creating their own path to a successful future. It amazes me to see how fully engaged they are to learn each and every day. I feel privileged to teach such a great group of kids.
My Project
My students are naturally creative students. As their teacher, I want to tap into their creativity in our STEAM room. STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Our science curriculum is based around doing STEAM activities.
My students need these materials to dive into STEAM activities to brighten their creative minds!
My students need storage containers to store their science materials and projects. Often they are in the middle of a project when the class time is up and these containers will be useful to store all materials. There are many STEAM activities that require paper plates, forks, spoons, and knives. These materials will be used by the students in our STEAM classes. My students also need white-out to fix those mistakes that often happen when learning!
