My Project
At MTE our passion is our scholars. The entire school community works together to create engaging, meaningful, authentic experiences in which our kids can learn and grow from. A large portion of this is done through intentional project based learning activities. These kinds of activities require careful thought and planning from the kindergarten team.
A hands-on learning environment with a STEAM learning focus will close educational gaps in our children.
While there are numerous ways to educate children, I am a staunch believer that a hands on, student centered approach is the most effective and engaging way to foster a love for learning. With magnetic tiles and building block engineering sets students can explore the world of design and construction as well as problem solve with their peers. With the CVC practice kits the scholars can develop their phonemic awareness and develop a passion for reading. Using the playdough the children can engage in creative play with their peers building their social emotional awareness. The students at this school deserve a classroom environment that is warm, welcoming, and has the resources needed to expand their horizons. You can be a change at this school for years to come!
