My Students
As the school STEAM specialist, I want to ensure that every student at our school falls in love with science. I currently have 350 students and the majority of these children are emergent bilinguals developing English as a second language.
These STEAM resources would support the entire school, encouraging students at every grade level to engage with science.
They work so hard every single day, and a comfortable environment is critical for learning. I would love to update our classroom materials, to ensure they are getting the most from their STEAM experience at school!
My Project
I have students grades TK-5 come to work in the STEAM Lab weekly, and I want to ensure all students are feeling comfortable! These flexible seating cushions will allow students to easily move around the classroom, sitting at different locations as needed while exploring STEAM Concepts!
I want to ensure that the STEAM Lab is an equitable, exhilarating flexible seating space that students can't wait to visit!
By providing these flexible seating options, students of all heights and needs can feel comfortable in the STEAM Lab. It will be such a special space for students in the entire school!
