My Students

My 3rd-grade students come into class every morning excited to learn. They know that we will be completing many hands-on and engaging activities throughout the week. They are a very kind, considerate group with lots of hugs daily!

Every week I attempt to create engaging STEM activities but my supplies are limited.

The students are a chatty bunch. I also have students ranging in skills from 1st grade to 4th grade so project-based learning is an avenue I use to activate all learning styles.

My Project

My students love to create and collaborate with one another. Everyone is included and encouraged to work at their level and abilities with the support of a team or partner.

By donating funds to our classroom you will help enrich my student's learning through STEM and science exploration.

These activities are aligned to our standards and will foster creativity, problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork. The materials will supplement our work in two of our science areas of study: magnets and life cycles/food chains. Safety is also important in our work so I included our safety glasses which will be used in many of our activities.
