My Project
We have a very comprehensive Science curriculum but the basics tend to run out quickly. Solar system models will help our 5th grades visualize why we have seasons and day and night. The globe is a model of the galaxy and will help seeing constellations. Pie tins and trays are often broken as well at Water Quality test kits.

The basics go along way for the next years as well. It is magical when the students get to burn matter and see the results. They are able to visualize the movement of the Earth and Moon around the sun. Abstract concepts brought to life.
