My students need science magazines, history magazines, and current events magazines for their research. They need the BrainPop access to view many of the hard to explain topics.

My Students
Over 90% of our student population receives free lunch. Many of my students travel over 90 minutes to have a free breakfast to start their day. The students, though highly economically disadvantaged, are always in school and on-time. They are always eager to learn through reading, demonstrations, and hands-on activities (their favorite).
My students need access to current science issues in order to create their projects, dioramas, and posters.
They want to be creative, well-informed, and knowledgeable about what they are presenting. They want to be able to read about a topic on paper, learn in through engaging videos, and then showcase their academic and artistic skills through some form of creativity.
My Project
My students need magazines and written texts to stay up-to-date on current and past events to gather information for their posters and flyers. I want my students to stay informed about events unfolding around the world or any discussions of events that have already happened. I want my students to read these magazines and watch BrainPop videos to better understand their topics.
I want my students to engage with writing from credible sources to form their opinions and views to be presented on their flyers and advertisers.
I want them to cite credible evidence and information that has been verified and is unbiased. My students will read these magazines to conduct research for their science projects and content. They will use their information to create posters, dioramas, and flyers.
