More than half of my students are on an Individualized Education Plan, but we do not let our diagnosis define us. We overcome challenges together and appreciate the uniqueness in every person. In all areas, it is our goal to gear up for success. Students learn goal setting, evaluating their own success, assessing their personal growth, and learning and reflecting on objectives and how to make new goals. Students are set up for success not only in the classroom but for life.
My students are engaged in STEM to master state standards, build social skills, and build awareness of careers.
My Project
Many students live in homes where windows are broken, transportation is limited, and hygiene products are limited. With your donation students will receive drawstring bags with basic school supplies, hygiene kits, and brain break activities. Each student will receive a drawstring bags to keep school supplies, hygiene items, and brain break activities all in one safe place. Each student will have a folder, glue sticks, pencils, erasers, notebook, and other basic supplies. Each student will receive a jump rope to keep their bodies moving. My boys will also receive pull back cars and my girls will receive a teddy bear.
Many students are struggling with basic needs right now, with your support students will have basic hygiene, school supplies, and brain break activities.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
