Staying Connected And In The Know

My students need 50 subscriptions of Weekly Reader News Senior Edition magazine.

Help bring the world of current events into my fourth grade classroom! Weekly Reader magazines offer students a fun and interesting look into events happening in our world.

I teach fourth grade in a high poverty school. Paying for a subscription is too great a burden for some of my students.

If my class were to receive the Weekly Reader subscriptions, we can delve more deeply into events that affect their lives. I especially am looking forward to receiving the election kit that comes with the magazines. The election materials are non-biased.

You will make it possible to involve my students in the democratic process, using these magazines and related materials. I look forward to giving my students this look into our world.
