Staying Ahead of the Germs

Help me give my students pencils, bandages, wipes, and tissues.

My Project

We are a team of 5th and 6th grade teachers who collectively see 150 students each day. Our students come in daily in need of bandages, tissues and pencils.

They treat our classrooms as their homes and we need to keep these homes clean.

We need to provide students with basic needs since they come to school with no supplies.

Our school gives us two tubs of wipes and a box of pencils. Those were gone by October and we have supplemented. This morning alone we have 7 students needed bandages and each classroom has run out of tissues.

Pencils are vital to learning and we can go through 175 pencil a week!

Custodial staff does not clean our desks or counters so we are responsible to cleaning surfaces and since students eat in the classroom we have a lot of spills to clean up.

Please help us supply basic needs for our classroom homes.
