Need exercise equipment to use during recess time. This will help my students stay active in school.
My students are 5 and 6 year olds.
They attend a Title I school in the state of Florida. They are very eager students who want to learn about everything. Title I schools are not in the best neighborhoods, so it is hard for the students to go outside and play.
My Project
My students go to P.E. once a week for exercise and that is not enough. Our bodies need exercise every day to feel good. Since we go to recess every day, I can teach them how to hula hoop, play ball and jump rope. By doing this, I am showing my students that exercising is an important part of their lives forever.
The resources that I am asking for are hula hoops, balls and jump ropes to help keep my students active at recess.
My students will learning how important exercising is for their body.
