This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Due to a lack of communication skills, my students often get into areas that they should not in the efforts to seek out food or other items.
We are working on using their communication devices, but are in need of a way to keep hands out of the trash cans for safety and health.
We are also in need of a fan to cool our very large classroom. Mesa does great at keeping our air conditioning going, but after long walks from the bus area in the Arizona heat or during PE activities in the classroom, these large bodies could really use some extra cooling.
I know that these items may not seem that necessary but BOY are they! We could really use your help.
