My Students

My students live in impoverished areas of the city. More than 95% of my students receive government assistance. Some students come to school hungry and without the bare necessities for class. Numerous students have to walk to and from school, even if they live a mile away from the school. Additionally, all students don’t have an opportunity to dwell in an environment that appealing to their senses. However, students are still eager to learn and they yearn for a better life. My goal is to provide students with everything that they need to succeed.

My Project

Our project, "Stay Connected" will afford students the opportunity to focus on their lessons and be inspired to finish the school year with determination. My students often examine my wall of wisdom, which is a collection of original quotes that I have written over the years. The inspirational bracelets will be a constant reminder of what my students are capable of doing.

With the inspirational bracelets on their wrists, coupled with the breast cancer awareness bracelets that I gifted to 200 students , along with new bags for students, and stronger WiFi, success is inevitable.

My students will stay connected emotionally and academic to achieve success!
