My Project
Statistics is found everywhere in the world and in your life every day. We just don't think of it has statistical thinking.
We use real world examples of statistics in class and these manipulative will help the students understand and grow their critical and analytical thinking.
Most of my students are sophomores and are taking an AP class for the first time. I have students that are ELL and some with IEP's. The dice and supplies will help the students have a hands on experience with statistics with real world objects that they use. The easel paper and sticker dots help visualize the data that they have collected! Even though a lot of education has moved to digital. The easel charts are nice to have up in the class all through out the year! The flash cards we can use in class for quick review or for students to use in stations!
