Stationary Bikes in Physical Education Class

My Project

I would like these stationary bikes for my students to promote cycling and fitness in my physical education classes. Riding a bike is a tremendous way to increase cardiovascular endurance while having fun. We will use these bikes to improve our physical fitness as well as use our imagination while riding. We will watch biking videos from a first person perspective that will feel like they are actually riding through the streets of Paris, New York, Hong Kong, etc. These bikes will also be used as a school wide wellness program for our staff members as a way to promote healthy safe physical activity amongst older adults.
