This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After months of preparation, focus, and hard work, my incredible students have completed their state testing — and they’ve done so with determination, grit, and perseverance. This transformation isn’t just a party — it’s a celebration of perseverance and a creative way to review and extend learning after testing season. Many of my students thrive in hands-on, play-based learning environments, and this celebration will reward their efforts while continuing to challenge their minds.
To celebrate their efforts and continue building a love for learning, I’m transforming our classroom into a Carnival of Learning — a space where students can engage in fun, hands-on activities rooted in Math and ELA, while also enjoying the reward they truly deserve.
This carnival-themed classroom transformation will include exciting stations like math games, literacy challenges, and more — all designed to reinforce academic skills in a fun, engaging environment. To bring this magical experience to life, I need support in gathering supplies and materials.
