Hello! I am Elizabeth Byrnes, a second-year teacher in NYC. I teach adapted physical education at the high school level. I am preparing for the school year, and much of our sports equipment is broken, nearly broken, or missing pieces.
Providing my students with new sports equipment, including bowling, badminton, and pickleball items can help them learn to participate In lifelong activities amongst their peers.
Each one of my students requires special adaptions to create the most success. All students deserve the chance to be successful in physical education, and all students deserve the chance to stay active throughout the day and their life.
