This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a 4th grade teacher, I am dedicated to empowering young minds and fostering a love for learning among students from diverse backgrounds. I firmly believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the necessary tools to succeed academically. Students in my classroom often face financial constraints that hinder their ability to acquire the necessary materials for a productive learning experience.
Every child should have the basic school supplies they need to start the school year on the right foot.
My students come to school eager to learn and having the proper tools on the first day of school will give them confidence and a sense of belonging in their academic environment.
My goal is to have each student come in the first day of school and welcome each of them with their own notebook, folder, pencil, and eraser.
