My Project
Books are important! They help build imagination and teach, while being fun!
My plan is to refresh our current book selection in order to bring new, engaging materials to help keep students eager to learn.
Through the year, the students have picked certain books that are favorites and worn them out. Pete the Cat has been a favorite along with books that show real pictures of things like trucks, cars and animals.
My students have grown so much since school started this year. I have been watching how they are starting to spend more time with books and learning to make connections with words and pictures within those books.
