My Students

My students go to school on the West-Side of Chicago. They come from low-income homes that want the best for their children but don't have the resources to assist in their education. Since funding is low in the schools, the students are at a disadvantage than other schools. Our students need to have technology to grow and develop in this society. This is the era of technology and to not be able to have it at home or school puts our students way behind. We need the students to succeed and become the best they can be regardless of where they live or go to school. Every student should have technology in their school!

My Project

As you walk in classrooms during 2018 you should see technology right? Well, that is not the case in our classroom. My students love to get online in order to do their reading & mathematics apps, but they need the iPad Pro with keyboard in order to do so. Since we don't have a computer lab its crucial that they have technology in their classroom to use.

The iPad Pro with keyboard that I am requesting will give the students the opportunity to use their reading & mathematics programs online to boost their skills that they are lacking.

All of my students love technology so this will truly boost their learning as well as get them on educational programs that are fun, but have them learning as they enjoy it. Most of my students are in different levels of development in their learning so they need the iPad Pro with the keyboard during center time in order to push their learning. My students can advance their skills with the iPad Pro with keyboard by having access to technology. It is imperative to have technology in order for my students to grow & develop in their learning.

By contributing to this project, will allow my students to be engaged with their learning while on the iPad Pro with keyboard while enjoying their time on their reading & mathematics programs, which will further their development. They will also get the much needed support online during center time. Please support our project so that my students will finally get a chance of a life time of learning on the iPad Pro with keyboard.
