My Project
During my first year of teaching, the DonorsChoose community helped me cultivate a warm and welcoming classroom. Students frequently stopped by my space to snag personal hygiene products and regularly made use of my school supplies during class. Students learned they could trust me to meet their personal and academic needs, allowing us to build the relationship needed for a meaningful educational experience.
Although it has only been one year, my stock of basic school supplies is running low.
In an effort to continue providing a safe, secure, and stocked space, I am looking to replenish my pens, pencils, and markers, among other items. I am hopeful that these tools, with the addition of utility bins for in-class binder storage, will help me and my students hit the ground running for SY 25-26!
