This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At the beginning of the year in Kindergarten, students are getting used to using a wide range of new materials.

Whiteboards, markers and playdoh are all important parts of our required curriculum.

Students learn how to form, write and read each letter. They also learn how to take care of their belongings by putting their lunch box and outerwear into our classroom wagon to travel to recess and the cafeteria.

My goal for my students is that they will have what they need to start the year with what they need to read, write and stay organized!
