My Project
As part of our district plan, we are going through a reconfiguration in elementary schools. Our 3rd-grade classroom is being moved into a new building for the start of our 2025-2026 school year. As we transition into a new building, we want to help make our classroom feel and look inviting for the new school year. There are supplies that we would like to provide our students to store in their caddies at their tables and throughout the room, so we need to make fewer requests of the parents. For example, providing chair pockets will give students more room to keep their supplies and keep them organized. Highlighters for their tables can be easily accessed to annotate their texts. Magnetic storage for the whiteboard will be used so students can grab sharpened pencils and erasers when needed. Magnetic objective boards are a great visual for students to easily see their day expectations.
