Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will help my students begin the 2022- 2023 school year with the best materials for organization and learning! The heavy duty folders will be great to organize their homework, along with the different colored folders to organize their subjects. They will be able to color their own skin tones with the multicultural crayons.
The writing journals are age appropriate for them to begin journal writing and encourage them to write daily.
Students will use them to write a daily event or experience or emotion they are feeling to help with their social emotional development. Through the use of journals they will be able to express themselves and tell about their life stories. Daily lessons in grammar and writing skills will be reinforced. My students love writing about themselves and their families as I begin to get to know each of them.
I want them to feel special when they enter my 3rd grade classroom , and these amazing materials will help!
