Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are in need of new school and sensory supplies to use throughout the year. Majority of my students do not have access to their own supplies and need to use materials that I provide. I want to restock my supply of quality products for the new school year and make my classroom welcoming for new students.

My students deserve to have easy access to school supplies and new, unused sensory tools to be able to master new skills.

They need new sensory items such as: sensory brushes, chewy necklaces, sensory scoops for sensory bins, a new light table with translucent manipulatives, and a new bean bag chair. The students also need new materials for lessons. The "who's feeling what" game and "big feelings" game will help students learn about emotions. When learning phonics lessons, students need hands on materials. The felt squares, word mapping paddles, visual timer, and Connetix tiles will help students when learning new phonics rules. I want to be able to give my students everything they need to learn new skills.
