My Students

I will be teaching a class of multicultural fourth graders that are a mixture of ELD, Special Needs, and Gifted students. They are eager students who are ready to learn and try their best.

Almost a third of our students come from low income families that cannot provide them with the resources they need to help give their children the best education possible.

These students are the ones on the free/reduced-price lunch list.

With the diverse students in my class, I always find myself modifying everything I teach.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students and my classroom are things that I need to help kick off the year on the right foot. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! I am requesting some pencil holder, planners for the classroom and myself, organizational space, and some posters to help each child be a weekly "star". They all have minor effects in my classroom but I think altogether all of these materials will help my class tremendously.

All of these materials add up financially so I am in need of some desperate assistance to put all of this in place prior to the school year starting.

The materials I am requesting will make our lives much easier. The little things are what make a big difference in the classroom. Please help us out.
