My Project
Next year we are starting a brand new curriculum and although the city is providing us with the basic books required to start the year off they are not providing us with the books we will need to start off the year right. The ten books they provided for the first six weeks of school is not enough.
We need engaging books to help my new students learn to love books while they are learning about what to expect in school, how to be a good friend and how they feel.
This will be many of my students first time in school and many of them do not have children's books at home. The books I am requesting are funny enough to engage two and three year olds so they will learn to love listening to stories.
