My Project
The standing desk will provide a more comfortable learning environment for students. Standing up helps children access working memory improving concentration and engagement.
The pandemic has impacted students' learning in many ways.
These desks will improve attention, on-task behavior, alertness and classroom engagement. Virtual learning time has impacted how our students learn. When the students are back in school, we need to find ways to engage the students.
Standing desks are only one way I can help my students transition from virtual to in-person learning. Students are my #1 priority.
