Standing Desks

Help me give my students two standing desks and four floor seating options. It is challenging to sit at a desk all day long, and these options will allow students more movement while focusing on reading and writing.

My Project

I love creating an environment where students are able to feel comfortable in their own physical bodies, so they can focus. It is challenging to sit at a desk during the entire school day, so I would like to add furniture to my middle school classroom.

By funding this project, you will provide my middle school students with choice in whether they sit, stand, or wiggle while focusing on reading and writing.

I would like to add two standing desks, so students can stretch themselves out. I would also like to provide an option to stretch out on the floor, but still be in a seat. Finally, the strand of 200 flags will communicate all students are welcome in our classroom.
