This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a standing desk and a document camera for my 3rd grade classroom to support student learning and presentations.

The standing desk would be used primarily by students during presentations and class activities.

It would give them a designated space to speak, display their work, and present with confidence in front of their peers. A document camera would complement this by allowing students to project and share their written work, books, or projects with the whole class, enhancing visibility and engagement.

These tools would foster a more interactive, student-centered learning environment and encourage public speaking and active participation. I believe they would make a meaningful difference in our daily instruction and student confidence.
