Stamp It Out

My students need a class set of stamps to complete our stamping center.

My Students

My students are between the ages of 6 and 8. They are very sweet and creative first graders. We are a low income, small town community. Every student at my school gets free lunches thanks to a grant we have. These first graders are an amazing group of students. They enjoy learning by being creative and participating in hands-on activities. Most of my students are very active, love playing sports and being busy both in class and outside of class.

My Project

My first grade class loves stamping. We currently have broken plastic stamps that will not make it much longer. We are really needing stamps that are sturdy enough for my 6 and 7 year old's hands. We stamp our spelling words, our name, and our writing.

We have a whole center area set up for just stamps.

We would love donations to help us finish out the rest of our center. Stamping right now is such a mess, because a table has to share one case of plastic stamps. It would be so much easier and neater if each kid got their own stamping set with uppercase and lowercase letters.
