My Project

I work at a Title 1 school, where I have just moved into the role of Math Interventionist. Now, I have the opportunity to work with students in grades 1-5. What I love most about ALL my students is their passion for mathematics. However, many students struggle with understanding number relationships, which makes most math standards hard to conceptualize.

What makes Math Stackers so great is the heights of the blocks are directly linked to the value of each number!

Students can actually FEEL the value and better understand how the operations of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) work together! These will help teach multiple mathematics concepts, all while my students think they are playing a FUN math game.

The Math Thinker Plus set and Small Group Magnets will help my students connect numbers in many different ways. I hope you can help support our classroom so I can bring math to life for them!
