Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Texas English STAAR test is a four hour end of the year test. It consists of multiple choice, short answer and essay questions done on a computer.
Since the reading passages and questions are all in screen, students easily lose focus and need resources to help.
Small hard candies, fidgets, and healthy snacks can help students during the test to maintain focus and perform at their best.
I make small bags full of these items with inspirational messages for my students to pick up on testing day. I want them to know that I care and I believe in them.
Your donation will be appreciated by them. Each little bag makes the students feel special and they have something to look forward on testing day.
