My Project
This is my third year as a Learning Support teacher and I am always looking for new ideas and resources to bring into my classroom to best help my students. This year, I am being moved to a larger classroom within the same school. This move allows me to create a sensory corner that students will be able to use.
Sensory liquid tiles will provide my students with movement sensory opportunities within this space to calm down and relax.
They will be able to press on them, step on them, and watch them move as they take their breaks. I have seen a colleague at a different school have these in their sensory spot. This inspired me to bring them to my school for my students to enjoy as well.
