This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Middle School coaches around the country often struggle with emphasizing both depth and form in regards to the squat exercise. With the help of the WOLF Squat Wedges, our coaching staff will be able to create and coach a proper squat progression system that will last throughout their entire athletic career. These Squat wedges give athletes a greater range of motion and will allow a athlete who is not as flexible to reach lower and eventually proper squat depth.
I plan to have our athletes use these wedges over the course of both in and off season every time they lift.
From hands free cyclists squats, to front and back squats, these squat wedges will be an integral part of our strength and conditioning program at our middle school. Our coaches and our athletes thank you in advance!
